However, everything is made to order, so please note the approximate shipping time listed for each item. If you need your order urgently, please contact me, and I will do everything possible to prioritise your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PETALS & PEARLS. If for any reason you are not, I offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any ready-to-wear* item within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
*Ready-to-wear are pieces that have not been customised for you. Bespoke orders cannot be returned as they are created specifically for you.
